Sand 0 – 3 MM
These materials are used intensively in the production of ready-mixed concrete, road filling and pavement, and construction plaster. It is used especially in the construction sector for the construction of plaster mortar.
Sand 0 – 5 mm
These materials are used extensively in parquet stone flooring and construction coarse plaster in ready-mixed concrete production.
Aggregate Number 1 5 – 15 MM It is manufactured especially in construction works and in compliance with the use of Ready Concrete industries. It is preferred primarily in the ready-mixed concrete sector. Thanks to its chemical and physical properties, it strengthens the adhesion property of the cement matrix in which it reacts and increases its mechanical tensile strength.
Aggregate Number 2 15 – 22 MM
It is widely used in highway, construction sector, concrete, infrastructure applications. It is preferred primarily in the ready-mixed concrete sector. Thanks to its chemical and physical properties, it strengthens the adhesion property of the cement matrix in which it reacts and increases its mechanical tensile strength.
BY-PASS MATERIAL
0 – 25 MM
Our BY-PASS material, which is produced in accordance with the ground and sub-base filling, offers economic solutions as filling material for all users.
Dolgu Malzemesi 0 – 60 MM It can be obtained as a result of breaking the raw limestone with the stone crusher and classifying it as 0-60 mm. Its main use is the sub-base material for roads. However, it can also be used as filling material in line with demands.
LimeStone 60 – 100 MM These materials are prepared in 60-100mm dimensions of limestone with at least 95% CaCO3 integrity and shipped to lime production facilities producing quicklime.
Concrete Material
0 – 22 MM It is produced in certain standards especially in accordance with the use of ready-mixed concrete sectors. This material should meet the requirements of TS 706 standard in terms of granulometric composition, grain shape, grain strength, wear resistance, frost resistance and hazardous substances by breaking and eliminating at the desired dimensions. It should also not soften, disperse under the influence of water, cause harmful compounds with the components of the concrete and jeopardize the protection of the reinforcement against corrosion.
